Ace US Citizenship Test 2026 (“the app”) is designed to help immigrants prepare for the U.S. naturalization civics test. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
Information stored on your device only
The following is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers:
- Your selected state
- Your preferred test version (2025 or 2008)
- Your quiz scores and history
- Your favorited questions
- Your app preferences (sound, haptics)
Information sent to our servers
- Feedback submissions — if you choose to submit feedback through the app, your message and the app version are saved to our secure database (Google Firebase). No name or contact information is required or collected.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identification
- We do not require account registration
- We do not track your location
- We do not share any data with third parties
- We do not use advertising networks
Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase / Firestore — used to store civics questions and user-submitted feedback. Google’s Privacy Policy
Data Storage and Security
- Quiz scores, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage
- Feedback data is stored in Google Firebase with industry-standard security
- We do not sell or share your data with any third party
Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
